Working principle:

L800 apply its grinding disc to pulverize material bed. Material is fed into feeder and dropped into the central of grinding disc. Under the centrifugal force caused by rotating grinding disc (45-100rpm), material is driven into groove on the brim of grinding disc and crushed by the grinding wheel. Grinding wheel is applied huge force by supercharge device. Big material is pulverized first and crushing force is conveyed to less-big material gradually. More-pulverized powder is pushed to further area of grinding disc and blown up into the separator. Less-pulverized powder fail to flow up into separator and drop back on the grinding disc due to gravitation to be re-pulverized.
